1. Controller
The site is operated independently by the project creators (Tifane and Voggoratth) as a community project about Albion Online. We are not Sandbox Interactive. For privacy questions or data sent through the contact form, use Contact.
2. Data we collect
- Contact form - name, email, subject, and message you voluntarily send; we use this data only to reply and, if needed, follow up on your request.
- Site usage - common technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date/time), including through cookies and similar technologies when applicable.
- Session - the server may use session cookies for features such as flash messages after form submission.
3. Advertising (Google AdSense)
This site may display ads through Google AdSense. Google and partners may use cookies or identifiers to serve ads based on previous visits to this and other sites. This may include personalized ads, depending on your choices and applicable law.

4. Legal basis and rights (LGPD / GDPR)
When the LGPD (Brazil) or GDPR (European Union/United Kingdom) applies, we process data based on fulfillment of your requests (contact), legitimate interest (security and site improvement), and, for marketing/advertising cookies, consent when required. You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or consent withdrawal as applicable by contacting us through Contact.
5. Retention and security
We keep contact messages for as long as necessary to respond and comply with legal obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect data; no system is 100% secure.
